TapHere! Technology, LLC was founded by Jack Gruninger and Chris Todd. TapHere! identifies, integrates, deploys, and sustains emerging technology to achieve clients' specific business objectives. Our clients include business, government, non-profit, and educational organizations of all sizes and shapes. We are located in Virginia and serve clients throughout the US. TapHere! recently received a 98/100 Past Performance Evaluation (PPE) from the Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Open Ratings program, which is used by large purchasing organizations such as the General Services Administration (GSA). The Open Ratings program independently measured TapHere!'s performance on several contracts against the following customer satisfaction metrics: reliability, cost, order accuracy, delivery/timeliness, quality, personnel, customer support, and responsiveness.

TapHere! Technology was granted a small business certification by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise (DMBE) in August 2007. The certification number for TapHere! is 663645. We are also a certified registrant with the Central Contractor Registration and the Federal Small Business Administration.
